To improve quality and foster knowledge sharing (with the goal of fostering a stronger, mature development team), I implemented a code review process for our team. 

On one occasion, myself and a trusted engineer met with another guy for a review. As usual, this guy’s work needed some refinement before approval. While offering guidance on needed improvements for consistency, maintainability, and quality, we were met with some resentment. 

Apparently, this was overwhelming and the guy got angry and yelled, “You’re just looking for stuff!” 

Well, yeah. That’s the point, duh. lol.
